Processing Times:

• Standard orders- most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
• We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.
• We ship USPS Ground Advantage.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Most tracking information will update within 24 hours. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Cedar Bend Baits is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they leave our facility. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
